Information Technology Academy (ITA) is pleased to welcome Barb Miller as the new ITA tribal program manager. She will join the ITA team on February 20.
Barb comes to us with over 25 years of experience leading and managing outreach programming for Native youth, at both the K-12 and college level. Most recently, she was the director of the American Indian Center at St. Cloud State University, where she focused on creating campus-wide programs to empower Indigenous students and their voices. She is also a member of the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican Nation.
When she’s not at work, Barb enjoys spending time in nature, be it hiking, gardening or cooking over an open fire. She savors the time she gets to spend with her loved ones, and delights in listening to podcasts about Native and equity issues, wellness and leadership.
