As stated in UW–Madison’s Institutional Statement on Diversity, the contributions, identity, culture, background, experience, abilities, and opinion of each person are valued and respected. Diversity is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation for the campus community.
In conjunction with this belief, the Information Technology Academy (ITA) is a committed pre-college program that provides students from the Lac du Flambeau, Madison, and Oneida communities the opportunity to explore their interests and to reach their full potential through hands-on technology coursework, college preparatory academics, and personal wellness development that will support their successful completion of high school and matriculation into higher education.
